The candidate is an AEM Architect and Consultant with 10 years of experience in AEM and 13 in Java. He has an experience with leading a team of 8-12 people. Tech Lead role is acceptable for him, but he is not into administration. He has no problem communicating in English and according to him, he also has a C1 level of German. Freelancer contract is the only option for him. He is open to work in both smaller and bigger teams and also both longterm and short-term projects are accaptable for him. He is located in Poland and he prefers to work 100% remote, although he is able to discuss a possibilities of travels. In his current position, he has a notice period of 1 month.
