Short Summary
The candidate has been a Pega Decisioning Architect for almost 4 years. He is responsible for designing solutions to actually make connection with customer one to one to Pega. There is a customer base proposition and he starts evaluating customer and separating them into groups. After decisioning he comes up with solution and strategies - an appropriate offer for the customer. He is designing strategies for different types of customer eg. Care customers. He is working on a system architecture where he brings new ATI connections. He lead a team consisting of 12 decisioning architects. It was not an official role but he was responsible for helping them regarding technical detailed questions. As part of his work experiecnce were agile methodologies such as Scrum but that really depened on the project itself. He speaks fluent English and understands around 30% of Dutch.
