Delivery Manager

The candidate is a skilled Team Leader, who also works as a Delivery Manager. She has held the position of Team Leader since 2016 and since 2019 she has added the responsibility of Delivery Manager. Her daily tasks include leading a team consisting of developers and analysts, coordinating deliveries in collaboration with external vendors and the internal development team, and being responsible for meeting delivery deadlines and budgets. I am also in charge of selection processes and interviews. ITIL is one of the methodologies he uses on a daily basis mainly in incident resolution.
