Business Analyst & IT Analyst

The candidate is an IT Analyst who has been in this position for over 2 and a half years in commercial practice. In her last position, she was an analyst for an ERP system that also served as the company's CRM, it was a solution that was tailor-made for the customer and if something didn't suit them, they would change it dynamically. There was always a detailed analysis of the whole system, preparation of specifications, BPMN modeling. She was able to communicate all her findings to the Frontend and Backend developers and explain the client's vision to them. She also worked as a tester, where she created use case scenarios herself. In the past, she has also worked as a Project and Product Manager. She can communicate in English without any problems, as she is currently working for an American customer. She actively uses agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.

2017/09 - 2018/09: Junior Identity & Access Management Specialist - Verified and reviewed access rights to applications. Communicated with support and user access teams to solve technical issues. Validated access requests and reported project progress.

2018/09 - 2020/06: Engineering Program - Information Management - Completed a bachelor's program in Business Informatics at the University of Economics in Bratislava.

2019/03 - 2022/07: Product & Data Analyst - Analyzed customer requirements and created user stories, scenarios, and specifications to improve reporting tools. Collaborated with product and project managers, designers, and developers. Identified trends and opportunities in complex data sets.

2022/08 - Current: IT Analyst (ERP System) - Responsible for analyzing and managing an ERP system.
