He is currently a manager in the legal department but would most like to return to the Workout and Restructuring area, where he has worked for over 8 years in commercial practice. He has worked in Workout in the past and worked for a bailiff and notary alongside school. During his career he worked in 3 banks - Unicredit mortgage recovery, the clients were mainly in the retail sector, he mainly did legal support for corporate clients there, restructuring of clients these restructurings were both statutory but also in-house directly with the client. He was also in charge of bankruptcies and auctions, the banks were trying to help the client, advise them on how to start their business, they got a number of advisors and crisis managers there - they worked closely with the Big Four companies as well. Later he got an offer from Slovenská sporiteľna and there he was in charge of the department of defaulted loans, also internal and legal restructurings, it was not only about banks anymore, but also companies and corporates - everything was done under the supervision of the court. His clientele varied from manufacturing companies, developers and banks to logistics companies. His communication in English is at an excellent level and he uses it every day.
