Product Owner & Project Manager & Scrum Master

The candidate is a Project Manager with more than 6 years of experience in the IT industry. She is a fiery fan of agile, so she can imagine herself also in the position of Scrum Master or Product Owner. She has also some programming experience from her career beginnings, especially in React, C++ and Java, however, most of it was during her studies, with only approximately 1 year of commerce experience. She is looking for cooperation with an established company, as she i currently working with startups with occasional layoffs, which is not suitable for her. Also, the vision of the company is important to her. She worked and led up to 15 projects at the same time, with teams of 5-50 people working on the project. She is located In Zagreb and she is open to visiting the office in Croatia occasionally. She has no problem communicating in English. Long-term cooperation, for standard employment, is a strong preference of hers. Her notice period in her current position is 1 month.

Project Manager (July 2017 - February 2022): Worked in Zagreb, Croatia for 4 years and 8 months, managing various projects and ensuring their successful execution. Junior Innovation Specialist (February 2016 - June 2017): Worked as a Junior Innovation Specialist, focusing on fostering a culture of innovation within the company and organizing student innovation challenges. Head Manager (April 2014 - April 2015): Held the position of Head Manager, responsible for managing a student association, overseeing projects, budget management, and organizing events.
