Java Developer

The candidate is a young software engineer whose focus has been Java and React for almost three years. In his words, he is more junior in React and BE in Java is a major for him. On a current project he is responsible for one microservice, an internal replacement for an external PDF generator. He implements security standards and best practices, often working alone. He gets the requirements, does the research, processes and circulates the corporate wheels, defends and deploys the add-ons. Alternates between communicating with clients and rewriting the system. His main skills are Java, React, Rust, Unix and Python. On his current project, he uses Java, Spring Boot, Thymeleaf, Selenium, Angular, and Api Design. He works in Scrum, and attends meetings, but they are not fully agile. Communicates routinely with internal customers. Leads more junior colleagues when needed. Uses the English language without any problems.

Software Engineer (2016-2022): Completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Software Engineering, with a focus on Java, React, Rust, and Unix. Obtained Prince2 certification and possess strong skills in teaching and leadership.

English Second Language Teacher (2018-2019): Taught English as a second language, gaining three years of teaching experience. Holds a C2 English certification from Cambridge Assessment English.

Software Developer (July 2020-2022): Developed an in-house replacement for an external PDF generator, implementing security standards and best practices. Successfully navigated a situation with the security office after months of being stuck.
