The candidate has been programming with JavaScript for almost 6 years. Currently he is a programmer and teamleader for two teams, which consists of 12 people in total. As a tech-lead, he came up with the architecture of the project at the beginning. They have two phases of the project, one is purely content (pages, design, clickthroughs) the other consists of forms etc. As FE, they have one team of their own, which is made up of FE developers. He works with them on day to day tasks. The other two teams he manages a couple of times a week, while they work on less important tasks that stem from the core of his project.
