IOS Developer

The candidate has been the Head of Development at iOS since 2017. His responsibilities include programming and developing various apps. He is currently working on a product for digital manufacturing for iPhone where they used code base for components and composed the app for digital manufacturing for customers. He has been programming in Swift for 8 years and before that he was using Objective-C. He has also worked on developing an app for pilots to store documents, a demo app for healthcare, a messenger app for an eco system for digital manufacturing, and an administrative app for the latest iPad. In addition, he also delved into graphics and app design and new features within the UI/UX. He gained experience in architecture as well as setting up CI/CD processes, designing technical solutions and distribution. He also has experience with reactive programming. He is responsible for leading the entire development team, who he also mentors. He works in an agile environment with Scrum. His English is at B1 level where reading is his stronger point than communication (he needs to talk).

1. Development Manager (10/2021 - present): Responsible for product development and technological leadership for digitalization in manufacturing and healthcare. Collaborated with project managers to prioritize and plan projects, ensuring timely delivery. Implemented agile development using the Scrum framework. Led and developed the development team, emphasizing developer experience and recruitment of new developers.

2. iOS Development Lead (8/2018 - 10/2021): Led and developed a team of 6 iOS developers, responsible for technological leadership and development of iOS applications for manufacturing, transportation, and healthcare. Transformed customer requirements into development, ensuring application quality and meeting deadlines. Collaborated with designers to prioritize user experience.

3. iOS Developer (6/2016 - 8/2018): Developed iOS applications for manufacturing and transportation. Implemented CI/CD processes for application distribution to customers.

4. Developer (6/2015 - 7/2017): Developed information systems, including database design, communication structure, and web user interface.

• Master's Degree in Computer Graphics and Multimedia from Brno University of Technology (2015-2017). Thesis on mobile client-server applications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Brno University of Technology (2012-2015). Thesis on user interface for robot object grasping.

Skills: Proficient in English, tools and technologies such as Xcode, Fastlane, Jenkins, Sketch, Figma, UIKit, SwiftUI, CI/CD, Git, project management software including Jira, Confluence, and Trello. Experienced in programming iOS and iPadOS applications, UX design, implementation, and distribution methods.
