Java Developer & Kotlin Developer

The candidate is a skilled Java Developer with 4,5 years of commercial experience. He is currently working on a project where he communicates on a daily basis in English with a German client who has charging stations for electric cars in the EU. Currently he is in charge of migrating from the old system to the new one, working with Android and iOS platforms, using Hibernate for mapping, Spock for testing, Kotlin for uploading new functionalities, writing tests in Groove, communicating via Rest and partially via GraphQL. They are also actively using Java 17 on the project. He has also added to his tasks by mentoring two new colleagues, whom he supervises and helps. He is also actively using agile methodologies.

Java Backend Developer (Sep 2021 - Present): Working on a project involving a network of charging stations for EVs. Responsible for developing the backend that communicates with mobile and web apps.

Java Software Developer (Jun 2018 - Aug 2021): Developed Spring Boot applications for internal purposes, including a quarterly incentives app, a visitor application for business meetings, and a COVID booking application. Utilized PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases, with communication to React.js front-end applications via REST API.
