C Developer & C++ Developer & Team Leader

Overview

Short Summary

The candidate has extensive experience in the development and testing of firmware for motion controllers and valve sensors, including the evaluation of data science algorithms and the maintenance of an IoT sensor database. His experience with embedded firmware has been for more than 20 years. He has an expertise in porting firmware to new microcontrollers and testing firmware with various communication protocols, such as USB, EtherCAT, Wayne, SPI, I2C. He has an experience in debugging and modifying device drivers for ARM and Intel platforms. He was an integrator of the chip cortex for MPC players and worked with olrder and smaller embedded Linux. Currently, he was developing sensors for semiconductor industry to know more about gas and get more optimisation. He has an experience in software architecture and requirements, as well as microcontroller embedded firmware design, verification, production, and support. He created algoritm which runs on server side but also embeded side Linux and has also ARM cortex processor inside. Additionally, he has knowledge in NAND storage for Embedded Linux, including the definition of FIO-based endurance tests for modern eMMC and SD cards. Throughout his career he was working for 20 years with C and between 2-5 years with C++. Apart from that, he was using Python as a scripting language for 10 years especially because of machine learning. In some projects he replaced C++ with Python as it is faster for the development and it has very good integration. He is used to working in agile environment using Scrum with daily stand-ups. He worked as a project integrator for 2 years which has 70 engineers. Also, he was a project leader with the team of 4-10 developers. He speaks English, Ukraine, Russian and Hebrew.
