Database Developer & Golang Developer & Node.js Developer

The candidate has been developing for almost 7 years, the last year and a half of which has been in Node.js. Prior to that, he developed mostly in C# and FE in React. On his current project, where he'll be finishing up, he's been rewriting stuff from PHP to Node.js. He's also worked with MongoDB. Before that, he worked for a start-up that facilitates online psychotherapy. He worked on the back-end part, maintaining and maintaining the code, but also adding new functionality. In addition, he refactored some legacy stuff. He worked with Typescript, Express.js, Nest.js, Kubernetes, Docker, PosgreSQL. He communicates fluently in English, it was the main language of communication in Infore. On one smaller project he developed in Python - Django. He is open to learn new technologies.

Dec 2022 - Present: Node.js developer, working on rewriting an existing micro-services based application from PHP to Node.js using Nest.js framework and Postgres database.
Dec 2021 - Dec 2022: Node.js developer, involved in refactoring the MVP for improved code quality and implementing new features. Also responsible for database management and writing custom queries.
Sep 2021 - Dec 2021: Software Developer, assisting in various areas including rewriting a mobile app using Flutter, making REST API modifications and fixes, and building mock API for a new project.
Jun 2016 - Sep 2021: Software Engineer, developing industrial scale applications using C# and TypeScript, with frameworks like React and .NET. Involved in agile scrum methodology and responsible for developing reports using OLAP and modified excel-like functions.
1995 - 2000: Completed Hotel and Tourism studies at SSOŠS.
