Automation Tester

The candidate is an experienced software tester, with extensive experience in automation and continuous integration in Java. During his career, he has held a variety of software testing positions, each with their own unique challenges and opportunities for growth. As a senior test automation engineer on a current project, Joseph is responsible for automating new tests for multiple teams and improving the test automation project using best practices. In his work, he has experience using Java, Selenium, JUnit, Gradle, Jenkins, and Agile Kanban. He has worked as a QA Automation Engineer, in this position he was responsible for dynamic functional and non-functional testing, report generation, test process improvement and building the Test Automation project. He was also part of a team responsible for multiple applications and was involved in the creation of new testimonial procedures for the company. He has used Java, Serenity BDD, Cucumber, Maven, Azure DevOps, and Agile Scrum (ART) in his work. His experience in software testing includes his role as a QA engineer. Here he tried and mastered working in a multinational team on a large scale project with different teams. He was responsible for writing automated tests using Java, Serenity BDD, Cucumber, Maven, Jenkins and Agile Kanban. He also used to hold the role of Software Test Engineer. In this role, he was responsible for a test automation project and CI/CD pipelines for an e-commerce website. He also conducted job interviews from a technical perspective, mentored younger team members, and taught beginner Java to high school students. Joseph even developed a simple log search engine similar to ELK that used Spring Boot. He traveled to the United States twice on business, further expanding his knowledge and experience. He is currently learning Cypress.
