Automation Tester & Team Leader

The candidate is a QA engineer with over 11 years of experience. She has been working in automation testing for past 6 years. She is currently leading a manual testing team of 2 members, helping them with tasks and creating test cases. She is also leading an automation project. She has experience with Java, Selenium, functional and exploratory testing. In the past she used to work in Python Robot Framework. She also did some projects in Javascript. She has worked with agile methodologies, both Scrum and Kanban. She is fluent in English and can also speak Czech, however prefers to use English for professional topics. She would like to join the area of security, in the past she was working in the company with security product where she was manually testing things around the area of security.

Availability: 2 months notice period

Lead Automation Engineer (August 2018 - Present): Leading a manual testing team and working on an automation project for a complex financial SaaS. Also responsible for maintaining an existing automation framework and developing automation scripts for Salesforce.

QA Automation Engineer (September 2017 - July 2018): Developed an automation framework for an iOS mobile application for the Chinese market. The application was designed for small credits per need and was developed for HomeCredit.

QA Automation Engineer (May 2017 - September 2017): Worked on a core telecommunication systems project, primarily focusing on solving communication issues between developers.

QA Automation Tester (January 2016 - May 2017): Led a small project as a team lead and worked as a manual and automation tester for a CMS product used by the army.

Tester (February 2014 - January 2016): Started as a manual tester and was promoted to a test lead for projects focused on the UX of commercial products for desktop and mobile apps.

Tester and Dev Team Lead (December 2011 - September 2013): Joined as a junior tester and eventually led the entire development process for a small financial product aimed at simplifying tax submissions for small businesses.
