Pega Developer

The candidate has been in Pega development for almost 8 years. He is currently working on a customer application. He is responsible for maintaining data, integration and conducting Unit tests. Apart from that, he was working on the development of the Case Management tool where users can create service requests (SRs) via email, and these requests will be processed in CMT. The CMT operator will then route the request to the appropriate workflow and respond to the user based on the context of the SR. He is used to working in an agile environment in Scrum. He has also acquired mentoring skills as support where he was helping his junior colleagues. He speaks fluent English.
