The candidate is an experienced project manager with 14 years of commercial experience. For the last 6 years she has been leading Scrum teams and agile communities. The projects she has worked on were for example in the automotive industry, banking or government. The largest team she leads has 10 members, it is a redesign and refactoring of a used car sales and distribution system. Her daily work includes stand-ups with 2 Scrum teams, meetings, meetings, Sprint reviews with customers, preparing retrospectives, reporting tasks, report creation, administrative work and she also holds the position of Release Manager. His English is advanced and he communicates for example with a foreign boss.

• Managing the rollout of an aftersales application to a partner in China.
• Leading the development of a data warehouse and reporting project for Porsche Czech Republic.
