Java developer with 7 years of experience doing design, various proposals, involved in proposals, leadership, scrum master as well as Product Owner. He is currently working for a telecom operator and doing microservice architecture services for sales and customer service support. All the screens through which customers access, sales people at the end of the day go through their BE services that handle those requests. One of his challenges was bringing spring batch technologies into the company, batch processing, doing a proof of concept and creating some project based on that. Also, he was responsible for introducing Apache Kafka, which he had to learn on his own, implement it from scratch with new technologies, and incorporate it into all the applications to make it communicate properly. In addition, he also did the configuration server, which also required him to study how it works, set it up, do a proof of concept and how it should communicate. On the current project he is using technologies like Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Hibernate and Apache Kafka. He has also learned AWS, studied the technology, done pairing and integration. He also acts as a Scrum master and hence is used to working in an agile manner. He has gained experience managing a team (8 people) as well as mentoring more junior colleagues and developers with more experience. He communicates actively in English.
