Architect

IT architect who has been focusing more on business architecture for the last year. Here he deals with the summarization of client requirements, his task is also to create a business layer that covers the essentials of design development. He takes care of functionality, applicability, component modules. Based on his architecture elaboration, the technology architect prepares the technology utilization plan for the project. He also takes care of documentation and has overlap into technology and database issues. The previous IT architect position was more complex as it was a smaller company. He interacted with clients, was responsible for pricing and preparing bids. The position had penetration with test and release management and also prepared documents for developers. He also worked as a .NET developer and analyst in the past and was in charge of a 6-person development team, so he distributed responsibilities, assigned tasks and prepared documents. During these positions, he also gained partial experience with open-source Java and Node.js technologies. He uses Scrum - it works with 2-week sprints and daily stand-ups - and when he was leading the team, he introduced this methodology here. Having worked for Slovak-Czech teams for a long time, he didn't actively communicate in English. He has no problem with documentation and writing, he would have to get into oral communication.

• Business Architect January 2022 - April 2023 Worked on internal framework, support, and development. Conducted analytical work on requirements and developed business and application architecture for individual requirements. Prepared documentation for development.
• IT Architect: May 2016 - December 2021 Managed the entire life cycle of applications. Analyzed and consulted on business and application processes. Modeled architectural diagrams using Enterprise Architect, MS Visio, BPMN, UML, and Archimate 3. Designed integrations and UI prototype interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma. Created cut-over plans and managed releases.
• Senior Programmer: January 2015 - April 2016 Managed the entire life cycle of applications. Was responsible for the whole development, analysis of clients' requirements, and communication with clients. Created offers for new clients and created cut-over plans. Managed releases, designed solutions and architecture, and prepared material for development. Communicated with partners and provided support and development of web applications and services.
• Team Leader for Development: February 2012 - October 2014 Managed a development team of 6 people. Managed releases and created cut-over plans. Developed web applications, Win services, and Win form applications. Designed databases and developed process models in BPM Ultimus. Analyzed clients' requirements.
• .NET Developer and Analyst: September 2007 - January 2012 Developed intranet applications. Analyzed clients' requirements and communicated with clients
