The former STROM Telecom from Prague, Czech Republic, was acquired in 2007 by SITRONICS Telecom Solutions, which delivered Operation Support Systems (OSS) and Business Support Systems (BSS) for telecom operators. As an analyst, my responsibilities included designing functionality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM v 3 & v4, integrating it with other parts of the OSS/BSS solution, and leading CRM analytical and development teams. I was a member of the Logos – Ness team. The single OSS/BSS Telecommunication delivery projects I worked on were:
MS Dynamics CRM Senior Business Analyst for Callax DE (Aug 2007 – Jul 2008) German virtual telecom operator Callax ordered at Sitronics the OSS/BSS solution as managed service. The solution was based on the delivery of a telecom network, Sitronics' own development for billing, provisioning, and product management in system Foris and of integration with MS CRM v3. My responsibilities included leading workshops with business stakeholders, functional solution design, and cooperation on integration solution design with other systems as Customer Web, IVR, Document Formatting, Email gateway, SMS Gateway, Huawei Telecommunication Network Platform. I also led an MS CRM analysis and development team of up to two analysts and up to three developers, cooperated with analysts specializing in other processes, and created UML Data Model, User Interface Model, Use Case Model Activity Models, and Interface Models respecting OOD principles.
MS Dynamics CRM Senior Business Analyst for Warid Congo & Uganda (Sep – Dec 2008) Pakistani telecom operator Warid Telecom owned Warid Telecom companies in Congo and Uganda. For these two countries, Warid requested an OSS/BSS solution based on Huawei Telco network platform, with integrated billing solution and Microsoft CRM v4. My responsibilities included analyzing SIM cards management process, integration of MS CRM and Huawei Telco network platform, and design of Customer Lifecycle process. I also created UML Data Model, User Interface Model, Use Case Model Activity Models, and Interface Models respecting OOD principles.
MS Dynamics CRM Senior Business Analyst for Vodafone CZ (Aug – Sep 2008) The Czech Telco operator Vodafone used MS CRM v3 system for its corporate customers. A new requirement on customer termination required following analytical activities. My responsibilities included analyzing the Terminate Customer Process and Customer Life Cycle Process and designing MS CRM functionality changes to support analyzed processes.

IT Governance Consultant for the Ministry of Finance (Jul – Aug 2007) The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic wanted to transfer the ownership of all ICT infrastructure of the public finance resort to one of its institutions, to the State Printing Works of Securities, which would then provide ICT services to the whole public resort of finance in a form of outsourcing. The project named "(ICT) Transformation project", based on ITIL best practices, had a goal to prepare and manage the transition process of the ICT ownership and set up measurement ICT services provided. My responsibilities included defining Data Centre KPIs, Outsourcing KPIs, Catalogue of CTI services, ITIL processes modeling, matching to the organizational structure and processes of the resort of the Ministry of Finance, and reporting to the project manager of Equica, leading the Equica process team, and coordination with Anect delivery team.
Period: Mar – Aug 2007 Position: Technical / Process Consultant I worked on a project called "Multiple public projects" for the Czech Government in Prague. My main responsibility during this period was to provide IT governance consulting services to the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic. Period: May – Jul 2007 Position: Process Consultant During this period, I worked as a process consultant for the Ministry of Labour & Social Affairs of the Czech Republic. The ministry requested the company Deloitte to lead the audit of organizational processes across all sections of the ministry, and the project was called "Process Audit." My main responsibility was to perform the organizational audit of the sections 1-4 of the ministry in cooperation with the section and department managers. I also analyzed the collected data and formulated analysis outcomes for the official audit report. Additionally, I coordinated the audit procedure with the other five members of the Deloitte audit team.
Period: Mar – Apr 2007 Position: Biometrics Elements Solution Consultant During this period, I worked for the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic as a biometrics elements solution consultant. My role involved designing a solution for biometric elements measurement and revising project workload calculation. I was also a member of the Fujitsu Siemens Computers CZ delivery team.
Period: May 04 – Dec 06 Position: MS Dynamics Project & Sales Manager, Consultant I worked for Columbus IT in Prague, which was a worldwide implementation partner of Microsoft for MS Dynamics AX, NAV, and CRM and an Industry Business Initiative partner of Microsoft present in 30 countries. I took part in multiple projects during this period. As the Microsoft Dynamics/SuperOffice CRM sales manager, I managed the sales team of five people and offered products and services related to MS Dynamics AX, NAV, CRM, and SuperOffice CRM in the Czech Republic. I approached discrete manufacturing, automotive, chemistry, and pharmacy industries and established the dealers network in the Czech Republic. My other responsibilities included managing marketing activities and partner cooperation, including Microsoft CZ, and communicating with the worldwide Columbus IT group, Microsoft, and To-Increase Industry Builder. Additionally, I launched Microsoft Dynamics Industrial solutions (IBI – Industry Builder Initiative) in the Czech Republic for To-Increase Industrial Equipment Manufacturing and Pharma and Live Sciences - PharmaSuite - Industrial solution for Pharmacy and Chemistry. I also handled the international MS Dynamics AX deployment and support planning, which involved creating solution proposals, time, cost, and workload estimates, and the project staff proposal. The pilot project was usually in one country, followed by rollout projects in other countries for JSP International (CZ, FR, DE), GEA (CEE), Lindab (European wide), and Esselte (CZ, PL, HU), which had a deployment of support as a part of a worldwide implementation project with 4000 concurrent users.
From May to October 2006, I worked on the implementation of the Payroll & Human Resources system KS Program and its integration with the information system Microsoft Dynamics AX for a company in CZ. As an MS Dynamics AX Project Manager, I was responsible for ensuring that the implementation was completed on time and within budget. I worked with the project team to identify any issues and risks that might impact the project's success and develop mitigation strategies accordingly. Throughout the project, I regularly communicated progress and any issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
Between April and August 2006, I was an MS Dynamics CRM Consultant for Columbus IT. During this time, Columbus IT implemented MS Dynamics CRM v3 in all c.24 countries, with the first wave comprising countries CZ, PL, AT, HU, and RU. As a member of the implementation team, I was responsible for setting up MS CRM for the Czech Republic. Due to the pandemic, we never met in person, and all training and settings were done using web meetings and conference calls. I proposed and tested MS CRM customization requirements for internal purposes, partially customized MS CRM, and imported initial data into MS CRM.
As an XAL/Concord Project Manager, I conducted international training of XAL/Concord programming for 15 European AVON subsidiaries in Hungary's premises from March to May 2006. The training aimed to equip participants with the skills necessary to develop a Navision solution template in Austria and implement Navision in Slovakia (CZ, AT, SK) for ASAMER & HUFNAGL Kies- und Betonwerke.
