Pega Developer

The candidate has 3 years of commercial experience working with PEGA version 8.7.2. He is currently working on a customer service application that helps customers when they have any queries or problems. He and the team implemented an idea of Pega Web Chat and IVR. Furthermore, he was also working with integrations that send data towards external applications like Kafka. Besides that, he implemented CICD pipelines, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and has experience with with PDC, Clipboard, Tracer, and PAL tools. As for strategic applications, he worked with the combination of CRM and BPM. He is used to working in agile environment using Scrum.
