  • Monitored the performance of the applications and ensured SLAs were met.

Role 2: DevOps, Release Management and Application Support Duration: April '13 to October '15 Responsibilities:

  • Worked on DevOps, release management, automation, production support, and development/maintenance phases of diverse technology projects.
  • Provided production and application support and stabilized high incident-prone business-critical applications.
  • Worked with DevOps tooling such as Git/Bitbucket, Nexus, Nolio, Teamcity, Jenkins, Maven, GenJIRA, Docker, and AWS Cloud Services.

  • Contributed to the release automation transformation across RefData applications and continuous change and release process improvement.
  • Mentored junior and new release team members within the team and managed environment refreshes from production and capacity planning for infrastructure.
  • Established and maintained a good relationship with key business stakeholders and acted as deputy to global release lead in his absence.
