He has more than 16 years of experience in project support, design and system architecture in the IT sphere. He has worked as both an analyst and team leader, responsible for the complete software lifecycle, development, testing and deployment. For the last 6 years he worked as a business analyst. His position had 2 parts - business and technical. He was in close contact with clients, he was on business trips to international banks in Europe, South America and the Middle East. His role was to organize workshops, clarify business requirements in detail, he actually had to "take the client by the hand" through the pitfalls of technology solutions. After returning to the office in Bratislava, he processed the requirements in the form of epics, user stories and journeys. The technical part of the solution - communicating with management, architects, developers, testers, etc., phasing and pricing the project, all in an agile Scrum mode. He had a team of 29 people under him, which consisted of 2 development teams, to whom he had to provide user stories and ensure quality delivery to bank clients, i.e. functionality of the entire solution. He is fluent in English, even different accents don't pose a problem for him when communicating with them. He would like to ensure continuous development in the future in terms of professional growth, so he wants to focus on sectors in which he has experience - banking, payment transactions or telecommunications.
