A business analyst with 25 years of experience in complex software development projects. The recent project he worked on was responsible for defining digital sales processes. While working on digital sales platform he used Azure analytics as part of the Azure solution. The digital platform was completed by different insurance product and he wrote queries to datas.

He also used TopTeam management tool in one of the projects where he documented requirements and process flow. Apart from that, he also worked with business process modules like BPMN and tools such Visio, DrawIO. He is used to working in agile environment in Kanban and have usual agile ceremonies - daily stand ups, retrospectives. He also hold a role of IT project lead where he was designing the solutions for credit management processes and led a team of 8 people. He speaks fluent English and can also understand and speak German on level B2.

09/2022 – 04/2023: Senior Business Analyst. Defined digital sales processes and managed developments for the digital sales platform. Managed both IT and business side activities of the project, including external and internal developers.

03/2022 – 08/2022: Senior Business Analyst / Master Data Team lead. Defined master data maintenance processes and implemented the MDG tool for master data maintenance.

08/2019 – 01/2022: Business and IT project lead for the "Credit Agility" project. Digitalized corporate credit management processes within GBS for group treasury. Defined the solution, documented processes, and managed both IT and business side activities of the project.

07/2018 – 06/2019: Senior Business Analyst for the implementation of IMM risk calculation methodology. Set up back office processes for IMM daily monitoring and planned and defined digitalized IMM risk calculation related back office processes.

07/2017 – 06/2018: Senior Business Analyst for the digitalization of non-standard lombard loans monitoring. Implemented a back office risk management system for non-standard loans in the Wealth management area.

12/2016 – 06/2017: Senior Business Analyst for the digitalization of group wide risk reporting and analytics solution. Designed risk reporting architecture and contributed to the architectural and functional planning of the new group-wide solution.
