Originally working on banking products and implementation, she held the position of liaison between back and front office. She was then selected as a bank representative and received Agile training abroad and at home. She implemented the Agile culture in the Client Services department which consisted of 2 teams, her role was to introduce workflows and apply those that were appropriate for the department. She implemented pure Scrum in the IT department, here it was a collaboration with 3 smaller teams. It was about the different techniques, phases, structures and planning processes. This process took her about 2.5 years. Currently she is only doing maintenance of the agile environment as the work environment is not large. She has been using the internal tool Snow, Jira or Trello (Kanban). In the future, she can see herself continuing in the banking sector, where she already has several years of experience, but in other areas. She is fluent in English.
