Experienced project manager, currently working as a tester. She has 10 years of experience in leading teams, 80% of which were agile teams. Before she entered the IT sphere 4 years ago, she managed, for example, the Prague office of a German marketing firm. She took care of a team of micro-influencers, measuring their KPIs, and later moved to the position of operations manager. She was responsible for other project managers, assigned and controlled tasks, communicated with foreign branches. Although in her current position she works primarily as a certified tester, she works closely with the team leader in setting priorities, planning sprints or checking the development of tickets. For example, she uses Jira. She has previously done her project manager certification and also Prince2 methodology, and is currently working on her MBA degree in project management.
