The candidate is a Scrum Master with 7 years of commercial experience but has been managing teams since 2005. In her last position she worked with a team on an application that was a pricing tool that provided a pricing method. She was responsible for 2 teams. She led scrum ceremonies - daily standups, 2 week sprints, retrospectives. Among the tools, she uses Jira, Slack, GitHub for review, MS Office. She used to have several meetings daily. The largest team she led consisted of 30 people. She uses English actively.
