The candidate is a Scrum Master with 3 years of commercial experience. She is dedicated to implementing agile methodologies in three teams. Her main tasks are coaching, training teams to increase transparency and efficiency. Her responsibilities included testing, ceremonies, retrospectives, improvement suggestions, requirements evaluation, planning. They function in 2-3 week sprints.
