Automation Tester & Manual Tester

A smart tester who started with manual tests and is moving on to automated ones as well. At the beginning he got ISTQB certificate and since then he has been working for almost 2 years on testing internal application like Jira, he also does regression and smoke tests and then, as we started to rebuild features and modules, he switched to rewriting test cases. He was tasked with writing the Swagger API and documentation for the client and also for the internal microservice application they use for timesheets. This experience motivated him to learn more of JavaScript and Kotlin as he also had to look into the code, trace endpoints, logs while working in Postman. A few months ago he started writing automated tests in Robot Framework. It works in a combined version of Scrum and Kanban in 3-4 week sprints. He's been working with English since he was a kid, he's also lived abroad, so communicating in a technical environment is not a problem for him.

• After working as a stock broker in his early 20s, he started developing his own business ideas and became an independent entrepreneur.

Tester

(February 2022 - Present)

• In 2022 he got interested in software testing and soon thereafter got a position as a tester at a SW company and an ISTQB certification.

Responsibilities:

• Writing Swagger documentation for the entire JunoApi.
• Creating documentation for JunoApi.
• Conducting manual testing of the Juno application.
• Writing test cases.
• Developing Automatic Tests using Robot Framework.
