Manual Tester

This candidate has a background in information technology (IT) as a software tester. He has been in commercial practice since 2022. He recently attended a testing academy in Prague where he had the opportunity to explore both the theoretical and practical aspects of software testing. During the academy, he gained knowledge about test analysis, UX design and testing methodologies. He also gained hands-on experience with tools such as SoupUI for API testing and Oracle SQL for database management. The next step after graduating from the academy was to get his first IT job as a software tester Currently, he is part of the SCRUM team working on a large project where he is actively performing manual testing of a mobile app. The experience of this work has allowed him to hone his mocking skills and gain valuable insights into project dynamics, while becoming an important member of the team. In addition to manual testing, the candidate is actively seeking to expand his skills in automated testing. He is currently studying automated test writing, demonstrating his interest in personal development and adapting to the ever-changing IT environment. He has no problems communicating in English.

Testing Academy

Duration 2022 - Prague Description: Attended a testing academy conducted by Cleverlance. The academy consisted of both theoretical and practical aspects. In the theoretical part, the candidate learned about test analysis, UX design, and testing fundamentals. They also gained exposure to tools such as SoupUI and Oracle SQL for database management. In the practical part, the candidate participated in hands-on exercises. Successfully completed the academy and received a diploma.

Position: Software Tester

Duration: 2023 - Present, Prague Description: Joined the SCRUM development team as a full-fledged member on a large project in March 2023. Responsibilities include manual testing of a mobile application. Continuously learning and improving skills, particularly in mocking data. The candidate gained valuable practical experience working on a real project and integrated smoothly into the team. They are currently acquiring knowledge in writing automated tests alongside their project work
