Experienced business analyst with 11 years of commercial experience. For the last 3 years she has also been working as a product owner. What she enjoys most about her work is communicating with all parties of the business process, analyzing new CRM system options and functionalities, proposing solutions, development variants and partial overlap into IT analysis, e.g. data model design or field mapping. She has experience in the financial sector, worked on large integration projects and used technologies such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), MS Dynamics CRM, UML, BPMN or SQL. She has no problem continuing to work in the banking sector, but only in CRM or Salesforce. She would also like to be involved in a project in healthcare or culture and media. She alternates between waterfall and agile methodologies on projects, agile working environment definitely suits her better. Although she doesn't officially have a team under her, she works with 4 people to whom she assigns tasks and collaborates in CRM development. She has no problem getting along in English in any form, she hasn't used German for a long time, but she has the basics of communication. The company she is currently working for is going through organizational changes, so she is looking for a stable project, e.g. even a short-term time-limited one, but where she could work on the product from start to finish.
