Manual Tester & Test Analyst

The candidate is an experienced Tester who has over 19 years of commercial testing experience. She tests mostly manually and has only encountered automated testing a few times. On her last project, she was responsible for defining test cases, preparing test scripts and test scenarios, analyzing and preparing test data, doing tests and bug retests, managing more junior testers, and evaluating test results and preparing reports. She also collaborated in creating and maintaining test methodology.

Writing in English does not give her problems, she has a block in communication. However, she does not want to lead testers in the future. She is used to working agilely with Scrum.
