Project Manager & Scrum Master

The candidate has been working as a Scrum Master in a corporate environment since 2022 in a commercial practice. He is a key link in navigating the team to implement agile methodology. His responsibilities include setting up the team, fostering communication with stakeholders, and contributing to problem solving. Prior to his current role as Scrum Master, the candidate has served as an IT Project Manager since October 2021. Here, he has demonstrated his ability to coordinate activities between IT development teams, testing teams, the project owner, and the external vendor. His leadership spanned from the analysis stage to the final implementation into production. From July 2018 to September 2021, the candidate held the position of Java Programmer. During this period, he was actively involved in the development of applications for internal use, focusing on core banking applications.
