The candidate is a Tester who has been doing manual testing for 1.5 years, parameterization for half a year and test analysis for about three quarters of a year. He hasn't communicated in English for a long time, because he still works only in the Czech team, but as far as reading technical documentation is concerned, it is not a problem for him. As a team leader, he certainly doesn't see himself yet, maybe in the future when he gains more experience. From agile methodologies he uses Scrum most often. His preferred area of work is definitely banking, telecommunications and insurance.
