Problem Solver/ISS, Amazon Fulfilment From December 2015 to October 2022, I worked in the return center for Amazon Fulfillment PRG1. My responsibilities included controlling physical products with data on the German, Italian, and French e-shop, taking photos of items that do not fit, writing tickets to correct errors, refunding customers, and training new colleagues.
