As a freelance consultant, I have been working on Agile transformations for companies in the Insurance, Financial, and Banking industries. This includes projects such as the Agile transformation of a company and the implementation of a project. I have also worked on the development of new risk evaluation systems for companies. My role involves hands-on consultancy in Project and Product Delivery areas.

Position - Scaled Agile - Release Train Engineer July 2017 - March 2018 (9 months)

At the company, I worked as a Scaled Agile Release Train Engineer, leading and coaching a 50+ development team divided into sub-teams. I organized SAFe ART common events and agile processes, such as Product Increment planning and Sprint and PI planning. My main technologies included virtualization layers like VMware and management tools like RH CloudForms and ServiceNow.

Position - Scrum Master October 2015 - June 2017 (1 year 9 months)

In this role, I led a team responsible for developing and implementing a large-scale multi-cloud solution based on VMware virtualization platform. I coordinated trainings, daily SCRUM tasks, and SCRUM of SCRUMs meetings with other sub-product's Scrum masters. Methodologies and tools used for project management included SAFe, SCRUM, and JIRA.
