Android Developer & Project Manager & Team Leader

2021 – present As a Team Leader and Project Manager, I lead a team of up to 16 people in creating mobile apps. I handle project management, analysis, technical leadership, pricing, and client communication. My team focuses on continuous learning and building apps with the latest technologies.

2021 – present I am an Android Teacher at FIT ČVUT Praha, teaching a course for students in the Faculty of Information Technology. We have been conducting this course since its inception.

2018 – present In my role as an Android Developer, my team and I have transitioned from using Java to KMM + Jetpack Compose apps. We have adopted Clean Architecture, TCA, and MVVM for our projects.

2017 – 2018 As a Software Engineer, I contributed to the development of the MPS platform based on IntelliJ.
