Previous experience as a Labor Plan Manager & CAPEX Coordinator, managing a labor plan database. Holds an Engineer's Degree in Econometrics and Operational Research.

SENIOR DATA ANALYST & CONSULTANT In this role, I provide data analysis and consultancy for clients in the banking industry. I work on projects such as preparing data mappings, creating test cases, and connecting new data sources to data warehouses. Notable projects include Days past due, Wealth Shaper, and IFRS9.

LABOR PLAN MANAGER & CAPEX COORDINATOR I administer a labor plan database for the EMEA region, calculating labor cost forecasts and overseeing capital expenditure. I also built a labor plan database for the USA and automated labor reporting on a global level.

LABOR CLAIM ADMINISTRATOR & SOFTWARE COST ANALYST I managed the Business Management System for labor claims in EMEA and handled software cost analysis. I implemented a new software cost forecasting method and reduced labor control process time by 80%.

EDUCATION I have an Engineer's Degree in Econometrics and Operational Research from the University of Economics in Bratislava. I also participated in an Erasmus student exchange program in Spain. I am proficient in English, Spanish, Hungarian, Slovak, and Czech.
