Responsibilities included preparing test plans, implementing test automation with Java / Groovy / WebdriverIO, and analyzing customer-reported issues.

March 2018 – December 2020 As a Test Engineer, I worked on the Security Event Manager, a security information and event management virtual appliance. Duties involved test planning, writing tests in Java, automating verification using Teamcity, and investigating and solving customer issues.

August 2016 – June 2017 In the Mainframe Application Control role, I monitored IBM Mainframe systems and applications, troubleshooted technical incidents, and implemented approved configuration changes. Responsibilities also included installation of packages and passing alerts to higher-level specialists.
