Kandidát je skúsený vedúci testovania, ktorý má viac ako 5 rokov skúseností s komerčným testovaním. Viac ako 15 rokov skúseností ako kompexný softvérový vývojár a viac ako rok skúseností v organizácii testovania s využitím metodiky ISTQB. Počas svojej praxe testoval aj manuálne, ale uprednostňuje viac automatizované testovanie (na jeho súčasnej pozícii tvorí automatizácia približne 40 % centrálneho testovania). Pri svojej práci aktívne využíva aj agilné metodiky, ale preferuje metodiku ISTQB. Bez problémov komunikuje v angličtine, ale má aj C1 v nemčine. Na svojej poslednej pozícii viedol oddelenie, ktoré malo 9 ľudí, ale pod palcom mali veľa dodávateľov: Mettler Toledo; Wincor Nixdorf; NCR; S&T. Uprednostňuje dlhodobé projekty na plný úväzok, ale dokáže prijať krátkodobý projekt ako výzvu
