Ladislav je skúsený programátor, ktorý programuje vzdialené aplikácie na Frontende už viac ako 2,5 roka v komerčnej praxi. Má skúsenosti s Typescriptom, triedami a funkčnými komponentami React, hookmi, Reduxom (akcie, reduktory a thunky áno, ságy nie), Gitom, axiosom, lodashom a krátko aj s date-fns a štýlovými komponentami. Vo všetkých projektoch, na ktorých doteraz pracoval, používal Webpack (bez CRA a iných kotlov) a Eslint. Pri svojej práci aktívne využíval agilné metodiky, najmä Scrum a Kanban. V prípade potreby dokáže na projekte komunikovať v angličtine.
