Uchádzač je skúsený IT analytik, ktorý pracuje v oblasti analýz viac ako 15 rokov. Z nástrojov používa najmä Enterprise Architect, JIRA, UML, MySQL, SOAPUI alebo Kibana a v súčasnosti sa zameriava na biznis analýzu. V minulosti získal aj skúsenosti s riadením projektov a je zvyknutý pracovať agilne. Bez problémov ovláda angličtinu, keďže má aj certifikát na úrovni B2. Okrem toho ovláda aj ruštinu, ktorú by vedel využiť aj v práci.

02/2016– present: Analyst IS - Responsible for analyzing customer requirements and preparing new IT systems in the field of employment. Utilized tools include SVN, Enterprise Architect, JIRA, MySQL, SOAPUI, Kibana, MS Office, and SharePoint.

05/2015– 11/2015: Labor Market Analyst - Conducted data mining and prepared analytical materials on the labor market in the Pardubice region.

06/2003 – 07/2015: IT Expert - Responsible for the technical connection of the Czech Republic system to the EURES system in Brussels. Also responsible for the development of the integrated portal of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the management information system. Additionally, determined the IT strategy in the field of employment at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.

11/1995 – 05/2003: Computer Network Administrator - Managed Novell and Microsoft computer networks at the Employment Office in Usti nad Orlici.

11/1994 - 10/1995: Head of Implementation Team - Led a team for the implementation of the MFG/PRO information system for international companies and corporations.
