Kandidát pôsobí v oblasti IT už 25 rokov. Posledný rok zastáva pozíciu architekta, kde aktívne spolupracuje s vývojármi v rámci štátnej správy. Jeho najpoužívanejším nástrojom je JIRA a z agilných metodík najčastejšie pracuje s Kanbanom. Má bohaté skúsenosti aj s analýzou, ale jeho hlavným záujmom je manažment. Takmer 5 rokov pôsobil ako IT manažér, kde viedol tím 3 až 4 ľudí na projektoch zaoberajúcich sa najmä virtualizáciou, migráciou a implementáciou. Plynule ovláda angličtinu, ktorú uprednostňuje aj v práci. Okrem toho rozumie aj nemecky, ale nie na úrovni každodennej komunikácie.
