Kandidát sa aktívne venuje agilným metodikám už 6 rokov a posledný polrok pracuje priamo ako Scrum Master. Predtým pôsobil aj ako agilný kouč a má veľmi bohaté skúsenosti s implementáciou a prezentáciou Scrumu. Ako projektový manažér riadi projekty agilným spôsobom prostredníctvom Scrumu od roku 2014, ale pozíciu projektového manažéra zastáva už od roku 2004, kedy bol zodpovedný za projekt od jeho prvotnej myšlienky. Dokáže efektívne riadiť aj veľké tímy bez toho, aby ho trápili napäté termíny. Vďaka dlhoročným skúsenostiam na pozícii projektového manažéra dokáže veľmi dobre rozlíšiť požiadavky Scrum Mastera a projektového manažéra, čo mu umožňuje pracovať naozaj efektívne a plynulo v rámci celého tímu. Väčšina jeho skúseností pochádza z bankového sektora, ale veľmi rád skúša nové veci. Dobre ovláda anglický jazyk, čo mu nerobí problémy ani v práci. Okrem angličtiny ovláda plynulo aj ruštinu, a to slovom aj písmom, hovorí však skôr lámanou rečou.
