Kandidát je správca serverov Windows/Linux, ktorý sa špecializuje aj na kybernetickú bezpečnosť. Má viac ako 15 rokov komerčných skúseností v sektore IT. Prvých 7 rokov pracoval ako správca systému Windows - MySQL, DNS, Active Directory. Neskôr prešiel na oblasť bezpečnosti - zabezpečenie vonkajšieho perimetra a koncových zariadení. Skúsenosti s firewallmi má najmä so spoločnosťami McAfee, Avast a Cisco. Má tiež skúsenosti s DLP a GPO. Pri svojej práci aktívne využíva agilné metodiky, najmä Scrum a Kanban. Bez problémov komunikuje v anglickom jazyku, ktorý využíva na dennej báze. Zo svojej pozície administrátora Tier 2 pracoval aj ako školiteľ a interný kouč pre administrátorov Tier 3. Je tiež držiteľom certifikátov - SANS Sec504, Hacking tools, Incident response.
