Scrum Master

Kandidát je skúsený Scrum Master, ktorý pracuje na tejto pozícii viac ako 3 roky v komerčnej praxi. Predtým zastával funkciu projektového manažéra a všetky druhy vedúcich projektov (project lead, release lead, deployment lead). Ako Scrum Master mal zodpovednosť za 2 Scrum tímy, s ktorými riadil interné aplikácie/projekty. Fungovali v systéme Jira a pracovali na princípoch Scrum počas 2-týždňových šprintov, počas ktorých implementovali zmeny z produktového backlogu na základe plánovania s klientmi. Keď bolo potrebné upraviť rozsah šprintu podľa dohody s vlastníkom produktu/klientom. Aktuálny štýl a princípy práce tiež flexibilne prispôsobovali na základe vzájomných spätných väzieb a dohôd s klientmi a celým tímom. Pri svojej práci využíval aj ďalšie agilné metodiky ako Kanban, Kanban Board, XP. Bez problémov dokáže komunikovať v anglickom jazyku, ktorý využíva na dennej báze. Pracoval aj ako vedúci tímu vo veľkej zahraničnej spoločnosti.

March 2019 - present: Release Manager As a Release Manager, I am responsible for overseeing all releases, including small weekly deployments, sub-releases, and compliance releases. My role involves scoping and freezing the release, preparing release-test environments, ensuring proper and timely testing, and coordinating with various teams to ensure successful deployment. I communicate all milestones and achievements to the company's management, including the CEO.

June 2017 - May 2018: IT Application Manager Bratislava Tribe Lead As the IT Application Manager Bratislava Tribe Lead, my responsibility was to ensure the smooth operation and performance of the team and each team member. I provided coaching and feedback, managed client escalations, and planned for team coverage. I also built a strong team with satisfied employees and created personal learning plans for career growth.

August 2016 - February 2019: IT Application Manager As an IT Application Manager, I led global teams and took ownership of internally used applications. My responsibilities included end-to-end application lifecycle management, such as change management, incident and problem management, release management, and vendor and stakeholder management. I also acted as a Scrum Master for two teams, participated in agile meetings, and coordinated application development.

October 2015 - August 2016: Deployment Lead/Project Manager As a Deployment Lead/Project Manager, my role involved overseeing the deployment of projects. I ensured smooth and high-quality delivery of business requirements, supported the testing team, and managed project/application financials.
