Kandidát pracuje ako scrum master viac ako 3 roky. Zo svojho predchádzajúceho zamestnania mal niekoľko projektov, kde zavádzal Scrum do tímov, napr. v projekte pre medzinárodnú spoločnosť, ktorá písala softvér pre čítačky kardiostimulátorov. Josef pracoval aj pre spoločnosť Adastra na projekte pre Škodu, kde mal na starosti backend aj frontend platformu pre vývoj aplikácií. Svoje skúsenosti uplatnil aj v spoločnosti Vodafone, kde pracoval na integračnom projekte. Kandidát mal za sebou aj niekoľko medzinárodných projektov, kde aktívne využíval agilné metodiky, a preto sú aj jeho znalosti anglického jazyka bezproblémové v písomnej aj ústnej forme.
