Kandidát je skúsený Java developer, ktorý pracuje ako backend developer už 5 rokov v komerčnej praxi s klasickým stackom - Java 8, Spring MCV, Hibernate, Maven. Neskôr začal programovať na frontende ako React developer v React, Django, Typescript a JavaScript. Najviac doma sa však cíti v Jave, kde zastával aj pozíciu technical lead, kde mal na starosti časť celého projektu. Pri svojej práci aktívne využíva agilné metodiky, najmä Scrum. Bez problémov komunikuje v angličtine a pracoval aj v zahraničných tímoch. Z posledného projektu odišiel, pretože prichádzal za vedením s novými nápadmi, ako veci vylepšiť, ale tím nechcel meniť zaužívané spôsoby. Má skúsenosti aj z bankového sektora.
