Business Analyst & IT Analyst

Uchádzač pracuje v oblasti testovacej analýzy 1,5 roka v komerčnej praxi. Zameriava sa na funkčné celky, t. j. obchodné analýzy, ktoré spracováva, komunikuje s vývojármi, aby boli veci konzistentné, pomáha pri spúšťaní testov a podieľa sa aj na riadení rizík. Niektoré z nástrojov, ktoré používa na analýzu, sú najmä SOAP UI, MS SQL, Oracle SQL, UML alebo SOAP/REST a XML. Scrum pozná zo školy, ale v spoločnosti, kde momentálne pracuje, pracujú skôr vo vodopádovej metodike, ale v súčasnosti prechádzajú na agilné metodiky. Čo sa týka pracovnej oblasti, zaujíma sa najmä o financie, bankovníctvo a investičné bankovníctvo, ale je otvorený všetkým možnostiam. Plynulo ovláda angličtinu a po krátkej konverzácii nebude mať problém komunikovať v rámci cudzojazyčného tímu.

April 2017 - October 2019 - Administration of service desk, support and management of the ms2014+ system, 1st level release incident management, communication with suppliers, change release management, and testing of new service desk functionalities.

November 2019 - present - Test analyst: Participation in the development of software products (back-end and front-end) in the field of investment banking for multiple banks. Test analysis of new functionalities for different clients, creation of test cases, testing, optimization of business analysis with analysts, bug process management along with risk evaluation for delivered versions, presentation of new functionalities to clients, support for clients in setting up and launching tests for new functionalities, regular services on support channels for all clients, analysis of client errors, creation and updating of documentation. Management of internal utilities for creating test data using Excel macros.

Projects I am involved in: custody web IHS/IMC for SLSP, replacement of the branch system DON with the CTS system for ČSAS. Main tasks for partial projects: state savings bonds, premium deposits, stock market products, advisory, integration with printing component, and more.

Tools I work with: TFS, HPQC, Soap UI, TeamCity, MS SQL Server Studio, Oracle SQL Developer, UML, BPMN 2.0, Excel macros, SQL, SOAP/REST, XML.

Education: 2009-2013 Smíchovská Střední Průmyslová Škola - Technické Lyceum, completed with a graduation exam in 2013. 2013-2016 Vysoká Škola Ekonomická - Bachelor's program in Informatics, completed with a state exam in 2016. 2016-2019 Vysoká Škola Ekonomická - Master's program in Information Systems and Technologies, completed with a state exam in 2019.

Professional focus: I am interested in information systems (especially enterprise systems), methodologies for their development, implementation, and methods of operation and maintenance. Other areas of interest in this field are networking technologies, in which I have obtained a Cisco CCNA certification: Introduction to Networks. In my free time, I am also interested in the world of finance and investments, market trends in ICT technologies, and the basics of the Python language.
