Kandidát je skúsený projektový manažér. V manažmente pôsobí už 12 rokov. Už 6 rokov je projektovým manažérom a 6 rokov pracuje v agilnom tíme. Zastrešoval veľké projekty pre ministerstvá, pracoval na rôznych startupoch. Jeho angličtina je veľmi dobrá, pracoval na zahraničných projektoch. Má certifikát Scrum.
