Kandidát je skúsený vývojár v jazyku Java s 10 rokmi komerčných skúseností. V súčasnosti sa zameriava najmä na Spring Boot, Kafku a databázy, pretože ho tieto technológie veľmi bavia. Okrem toho má rozsiahle skúsenosti aj s Hibernate, jQuery, Jenkins, SOAP, ElasticSearch a mnohými ďalšími. Uprednostňuje moderné technológie a je zvyknutý pracovať agilne, pomocou metódy Scrum. Jeho angličtina je na dobrej úrovni, aj keď ňou už dlho nehovoril.
